- Do I have to order online? No! You can call us toll-free at 1-800-983-7665.
- How much is shipping? Specialty Pool Products offers FREE shipping on every order being shipped to addresses within
the contiguous U.S. - regardless of the size or weight! You pay just a small handling fee, as low as $8.95. Our preferred carrier is FedEx
Ground, large orders ship via common carrier / truck (LTL). If you prefer, you may request FedEx Express service, at your cost. Please call
to arrange for Express delivery on your order within the contiguous U.S. Please note that Saturday and AM delivery may not be available in
all markets. See question #3 below for details regarding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and International addresses.

- How much does shipping cost, outside the contiguous United States?
Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii: All orders (both FedEx Ground and LTL) will be delivered direct. Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges. We will provide you with a shipping quote in advance, please call. Note that certain products (e.g. chemicals and paint) cannot be
shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Delivery to Canada: ALL orders being delivered to Canada (both FedEx Ground and LTL) can be delivered direct. If you prefer, you may
have your order shipped to your export partner / freight forwarder of choice within the United States (please have this information handy when
you call). Specific shipping carrier WE USE depends on the total weight and dimensions of your order. FedEx Ground is our preferred carrier
for smaller orders, and United Parcel Service or Yellow Freight for LTL orders. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges (including
prepaid signature & insurance service, which is required for USPS), as well as any taxes, duties, customs and/or brokerage fees. We will provide
you with a shipping quote in advance, please call.
Delivery to Puerto Rico: Orders shipped via FedEx Ground will be delivered direct. LTL orders will be shipped to your export agent /
freight forwarder of choice within the United States (please have this information handy when you order). Customers are responsible for all
shipping charges as well as any taxes, duties, customs and/or brokerage fees. We will provide you with a shipping quote in advance, please
call. Note that certain products (e.g. chemicals and paint) cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico.
Delivery to Foreign Destinations outside the U.S., Puerto Rico & Canada: All orders (both FedEx Ground and LTL) will be shipped to your
export agent / freight forwarder of choice within the United States. Please have this information handy when you order. Shipping carrier depends
on the total weight and dimensions of your order. We use FedEx Ground or USPS for smaller orders, and United Parcel Service or Yellow Freight
for LTL orders. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges as well as any taxes, duties, customs and/or brokerage fees. We will provide
you with a shipping quote in advance, please call us at (860) 627-6090. Your freight forwarder or export agent will be able to provide details
on any customs or related fees. Please note that certain products (e.g. chemicals and paint) cannot be shipped overseas.
- When will my order be delivered? Our preferred carrier is FedEx Ground. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the area of the country. (And look for the Race Car on items throughout our site that can be delivered the next day)! Custom products (such as Spa Covers, certain Safety Covers & inground Pool Liners, etc.) and drop-ship items may take longer. Orders with a combined weight of 300+ lbs are shipped via truck, for delivery within 1-2 weeks. You'll be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-721-0998 for assistance.
- Will I be charged sales tax on my order? Specialty Pool Products only charges sales tax when the shipping address
for your order is in a state where we have distribution (warehouse) facilities, or where state law requires us to do so. In these states, sales tax will be applied to the order total,
including handling fee. Please refer to the chart below for a current listing of those states, and their corresponding tax rate.

- I Live in Canada, How Do I Place my SPP Order? Specialty Pool Products is pleased to have your order shipped
directly to your Canadian home or office address (or if you prefer, to your freight forwarder within the United States). For a quote on specific
products & associated shipping cost, simply send us an email or call us at (860) 627-6090. Include
your complete shipping address and postal code with your request. If applicable, please convert your pool dimensions to feet and inches. Then,
when you're ready to order, simply give us a call. Please have your complete delivery address handy, as well as freight forwarder's information
(if applicable). See question #3 above for information on shipping orders to Canada.
- I Live Outside the U.S. & Canada, How Do I Place my SPP Order? Specialty Pool Products is pleased to offer many of
our products to customers throughout the world. A large part of our export business is pool
alarms and solar blankets, but we'll gladly assist with a quote on any products that are available for export. Note that certain products
(e.g. chemicals and paint) cannot be shipped overseas.
For a quote on specific products & shipping, simply send us an email or call us at (860) 627-6090.
Include your complete shipping address with your request. Where applicable, please convert your pool dimensions to feet and inches. Also, be
sure to specify any electrical requirements (115V vs 230V, 60 Hz vs 50Hz) etc. Then, when you're ready to order, simply give us a call at (860)
627-6090. Please have your freight forwarder's information handy when you call. You may pay for your order via wire transfer or a U.S. issued
credit card. See question #3 above for information on shipping to international destinations.
- How do I return or exchange a product? You may return any item for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. Simply complete a Return Authorization Request here.
