pleased to have your order shipped directly to your Canadian home or office address (or if you prefer, to your freight forwarder within the United

Price Quotes:
For a quote on specific products & shipping, simply send us an e-mail or call us at (860)
627-6090. Include your complete shipping address and postal code with your request. If applicable, please convert your pool dimensions to feet
and inches.
Shipping:
ALL orders being delivered to Canada can be delivered direct. If you prefer, you may have your order shipped to your export partner / freight
forwarder of choice within the United States (please have this information handy when you call). Specific shipping carrier WE USE depends on the
total weight and dimensions of your order. FedEx Ground is our preferred carrier for smaller orders, and United Parcel Service or Yellow Freight
for LTL orders. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges (including prepaid signature & insurance service, which is required for USPS),
as well as any taxes, duties, customs and/or brokerage fees.

When you're ready to order, simply give us a call at (860) 627-6090. Please have your complete delivery address handy, as well as freight forwarder's
information (if applicable).
Customs & Related Fees:
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and/or brokerage fees associated with your SPP purchase.
