Changing your Information Online
Option 1: Update your Personal Online Account
If you set up a Personal Online Account for easy shopping, you can make changes to your billing address, shipping address, email address or password yourself, in seconds!
Step 1: |
Press the 'Login' link at the top navigation bar, right side |
Step 2: |
Enter your current email address & password. If you do not recall your password, simply enter your current email address & press the "Reminder" button. We'll forward your password to you via email. |
Step 3: |
Once you have logged in, press the 'Login' button again, which will bring you to the "Update Shopper" screen, where you can change your password, email, mailing or billing addresses. |
Option 2: Submit a Change Request Form
If you do not have a Personal Online Account, you can still make your changes online, quickly & easily. Simply complete & submit an Online Change Request Form.
Option 3: Send us an Email
If your browser does not support the use of forms, you can still inform us of changes, anytime. Simply send us an email detailing the changes you would like made to your Customer Record. Be sure to provide both the current AND new information so we can easily access & update your information.
